To involve students of the College in the functioning of the College in the form of ‘On Campus Job Opportunity’ along with their study.

To aid to the College Administration in completion of various tasks as an additional boost towards the workforce in an economical manner.
Context: The concept of the above practise may be summarised as “ Earn while You Learn”. It is focused on teaching students the nuances of college functioning and administration. The scheme is under the supervision of a Teacher Coordinator and Two Student Coordinators (preferably from the Student Council), who shall be responsible:
To coordinate with the Student Managers and the Administrative Departments
To take proper attendance records of the students in the Team and replace the Inactive Students from the team, if needed
To aid the team in providing the necessary infrastructure for their task
To decide the timeframe of the completion of the task allotted
To carry out Stipend Distribution Procedures and other incidental procedures under the scheme, thereto with the consultation of all the Administrative Departments of the College,
Practice: The tasks to be accomplished under this scheme shall be identified.
Each task will be assigned to a team of 10 students, led by a ‘Student Manager’. The Student Manager shall be responsible to coordinate his team and the department where his team’s task is assigned.
The students shall work from Monday to Friday, 3PM to 5PM (2 hours).
Not more than one task shall be carried out at a time in an administrative department under the scheme.
Evidence of Success: Under MACJOBS Scheme, the College has initiated four jobs:
1. College Stock Verification Job:

2. College Electronic Data Processing of admission forms and other assistance/ help to the new aspirants for the academic year 2015-16

3. Reconciliation of Provident Fund Register with Balance Sheet for the financial year w.e.f. 1994-95 to 2014-15
