The Department of Mathematics seeks to intensify the student’s knowledge of mathematical, quantitative, and scientific principles that can apply to various fields of applications and enable them to have an analytical decision making. The Department is offering a course in B. Sc. Programme in Mathematical Sciences which is a perfect blending of Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, and Computer Science. The main motto of the course is to create a solid foundation for assimilation of mathematical concepts and structures and build skills like creative, logical, and analytical thinking.
